We are currently hiring a Senior Workforce Controller (f/m/d). The position is based in our Frankfurt office.
Within this exciting role, you will join the Financial Planning & Analytics function and act as a Workforce Analyst. You will ensure the timely provision of high-quality reports on our internal and external workforce and drive meaningful analytics.
What you will do
* Ensure quality of data on our internal and external workforce in close collaboration with respective departments
* Gather, improve and explore large datasets from different sources and extract useful insights
* Advice Senior and Top Management with workforce realted decisions
* Interpret and visualize findings and results in comprehensive presentations to different audiences
* Develop and improve processes and tools for data validation and report generation
* Support budget and planning processes for workforce and related expenses
* Support team members and the management with ad hoc requests as needed
What you bring
* Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer or Natural sciences or related field of study
* At least 7 years of experience in Controlling or HR Rewards
* Ability to refine and orchestrate large amounts of data, conduct impact analysis and summarize results for recommendations required
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to easily communicate sophisticated ideas
* Expert-level Excel, and Microsoft PowerBI
* Passion for new technologies and creativity for visualization of financial and workforce data
* Proficiency in English both spoken and written, additional German skills are a plus
* Attention to detail and passion for data and analytics
* Ability to handle confidential information
* Willingness to learn the setup, maintenance, and enhancement of databases, in particular Microsoft SQL
