Qualifications and Skills

* A university degree in energy economics, engineering, natural sciences, or comparable studies.

* Strong analytical thinking skills, passion for solving optimization problems, and proven modeling skills in Python.

* Working experience in short-term power markets in Europe, including day-ahead, intraday, and balancing markets.

* Relevant professional experience in energy trading, particularly in optimizing batteries or other flexible assets on the energy markets, is an advantage.

* Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, with good command of another European language seen as a plus.
