* Be responsible for the innovative research and development of concepts from 0 to 1, developing new clothing materials that may be launched in the next 2-3 years (such as antibacterial, windproof new fabrics and some environmentally friendly materials, etc.), and creating independently innovative patented material technologies
* Integrate global supplier resources, develop cutting-edge materials technology for sportswear in the industry, and collaborate with universities, research institutions or large material factories to jointly undertake material research and development projects
* Assist in uncovering the technological stories of innovative fabrics, introduce the newly developed materials to the product and design departments, and promote their application and terminal marketing of innovative products
* Assist in collecting cutting-edge information on materials and analyzing popular trends in materials

* This position provides a flexible work arrangement with no restriction on the workplace.
* Business trips will be arranged based on project requirements
* The direct reporting line is to the Head of the Innovation and R&D Department
* This role is responsible for all brands under the ANTA group，such as ANTA, FILA, DESCENTE, KOLON SPORT
* Fluent English proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this position.
