As a Production Planner II here at Honeywell, you will be supporting globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesses' capacity to meet customer demand. In this role, you will support and improve the supply chain planning & execution process within the business. You will create and maintain a valid master schedule for material and capacity by effectively balancing supply and demand. You will ensure emerging program master production schedules are executable and material resource planning profiles are complete. As the Master Scheduler, you will lead the activities related to the purchase of material, material planning, production planning, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. You will support work autonomously to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You will collaborate among global cross-functional teams to support complex projects. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure production plans are aligned with customer requirements and production capacity Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components Optimize production lead times and minimize production costs through effective planning and scheduling Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to production planning activities YOU MUST HAVE 2 yearsu2019 experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment 2 years of project management experience WE VALUE Bacheloru2019s Degree Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics or Manufacturing Good knowledge of material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems APICS or CPIM Certification Project management and problem-solving skills Ability to solve complex organizational problems Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization Experience in leading/driving change Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
