Your Role in Our Space Mission
* Lead the people operations team, as center of expertise
* Develop and maintain structured and organised HR operations with a keen eye for detail
* Oversee compliance matters, including labor law, payroll topics, and social taxes
* Navigate and use modern HR tools effectively
* Act as an approachable and communicative leader, fostering a positive workplace atmosphere
* Collaborate and negotiate with work unions and councils, on an international scale
Qualification Checklist
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum of 10 years as an HR generalist
* At least 5 years of leadership experience
* Experience in managing different subsidiaries or having worked abroad, ideally in Sweden, Norway or the U.S
* Strong understanding of labour law, payroll, and social taxes
* Proficiency in SAP and Workday
* Structured and organized approach to HR operations, strong attention to detail
* Ability to foster a positive and communicative workplace atmosphere
* Fluent in English and German
