We celebrate, and embrace, our team members through our *HUMBLE*HUNGRY*SMART approach, and we believe that we are strongest when we embrace the voices of our employees, customers, partners, and the communities we serve.About the RoleResponsible for ensuring Partner underwritten loans conform with Partner program credit guidelines in a timely manner, resulting in an acceptable level of credit risk and an appropriate risk return relationship.Facilitate the validation of external credit partners ensuring credit risk meets simple credit box standards.Work with Partner Development Executive to ensure Partners and Clients understand our company's requirements and their responsibilities.Manage the entire underwriting process through closing and affect a smooth transition to Portfolio.Manage existing Partner generated loans through their life cycle.What You Will DoEnsuring Partner underwritten loans conform with Partner program credit guidelines in a timely mannerUnderstand and apply minimum underwriting standards based on assigned simple credit box.Collaborate closely with the Partner Development Executive with assigned partner to provide a consultative/value-added credit perspective, both prior to proposal issuance and thereafter.Review and analyze Partner underwriting packages for content and completeness.Order and review due diligence and documentation including field exams.Review and analyze financial statement spreads and understand cash flows.For new relationships, meet management of the business prior to closing for transactions over a predetermined amount.Review reporting requirements and processing with clients.Coordinate the pre-funding process with the documentation team assigned.Oversee closing documentation process in conjunction with the closing team.Other duties as assigned.What You Will NeedBachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.Experience in Renewable Energy.Underwriting background with emphasis on cash flow analysis and project finance.Salary range: $60,000 – $100,500. The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
