What you will do:
* Handle tickets, following support procedures and policies.
* Communicate with customers via chat & e-mail, following support procedures and policies.
* Follow specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution and closure.
* Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner.
* Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
* Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets.
* Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
* Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
You bring
* Fluent Japanese + good English communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
* Comfort with unexpected changes or last-minute requests
* Experience in Customer Support or working with Customer is a big plus
* A positive mindset and interest in building an international career
