- Become part of an interdisciplinary team that aims to use a wide range of mass spectrometry-based methods to accompany the development of proteinogenic reagents in diagnostic tests
- Development of analytical methods for the structural analysis of proteins in challenging matrices (e.g. body fluids)
- additionally participate in the validation and transfer of these test methods, which are then used for release tests in quality control laboratories
- develop and optimize instrumental analytical procedures, mainly (U)HPLC-MS(/MS) and HPLC methods as well as sample preparation workflows, for the analysis of biopolymers in complex matrices such as human samples
- Support with detailed knowledge of LC-MS/MS workflows, data analysis, chemistry and biochemistry, the development of innovative procedures and the evaluation of technical solutions
- Maintenance of HPLC and MS instruments, including the development of system suitability tests and simple repairs
- Willingness to learn rapidly changing content associated with the continuous development of analytical systems and sample handling procedures
- Ability to plan and execute technical projects independently, but with a high degree of team spirit working towards a common goal
