Reporting to the Director of Ad-Supported Services EMEA, this role manages the day-to-day relationship with the external sales representative/agency in the country, ensures alignment with internal teams, and contributes to the execution of the regional ad sales strategy.This role directly contributes to country-level performance, market representation, and cross-functional coordination.Your Role accountabilities...AdSales & Agency Management- Manage the relationship with the local sales rep and sales agency to ensure delivery of revenue targets and market growth.- Support agency sales efforts with internal resources including marketing materials, product insights, forecast and performance analytics.- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance, pacing, and KPIs.Market Strategy & Execution- Contribute to the development and execution of the country-specific advertising strategy in alignment with regional goals.- Provide market insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to help them prioritise and develop ad products.- Identify growth
