Banking and finance lawyer

As a seasoned banking professional, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex legal documentation in high-stakes transactions. This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced international environments.

* Draft key documents for acquisition finance, fund finance, securitisations, structured finance, and regulatory filings.
* Support cross-border deals involving teams from Private Equity, M&A, Restructuring, and Project Finance across Europe and beyond.
* Manage multiple workstreams and collaborate with clients, regulators, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
* Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform strategic decisions in both high-volume and high-stakes contexts.
* Take an active role in business development initiatives and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing seminars.

* 2-6 years of experience in banking, capital markets, or regulatory work in Luxembourg.
* Strong academic credentials, commercial acumen, and a drive for continuous learning.
* Fluent English speaker; French and/or German an asset.
* Proven ability to navigate complex cross-border situations, manage competing expectations, and deliver results under pressure.
* A true team player with excellent communication skills.
