YOUR TASKS
1. You lead and take ownership of strategic digital projects to drive the growth and modernization of our digital business, and you are responsible for discussing new potential solutions with the PAYBACK leadership team.
2. In your specific role as Business Owner for “Marketing Automation Intelligence,” you work in a cross-functional, agile team with experts from Product, Tech, and Data to evaluate and deliver innovative AI products for our eCommerce business – with the goal of increasing sales through automated and personalized offers.
3. You identify opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and performance KPIs.
4. You are responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, and tracking progress and KPIs.
5. You work closely with colleagues from Digital Marketing and Partner Management, enabling them to create value and efficiency using AI solutions within our (marketing) platform.
YOUR PROFILE
6. You have a degree in economics or business administration, or a comparable professional qualification.
7. You have relevant experience in digital business or consulting.
8. You bring deep expertise in eCommerce and have gained experience in the B2C market.
9. You have a clear vision of the potential AI holds for the PAYBACK business.
10. You have project experience and have successfully implemented projects yourself.
11. You have a strong hands-on mentality, think in a structured way, and work result-oriented and proactively.
12. You are data-driven, think analytically, quickly grasp complex issues, and can derive suitable actions from them.
13. You are communicative and confident in presentations.
