in Full-Time | permanent contract
You develop talent - and strengthen our stores in the process.
As Talent Manager, you connect Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning & Development with our Culture & Values mindset. You attract the right talent, identify potential, and design training and development programs that help people grow.
You know: a successful store thrives where people feel valued and are empowered to unlock their full potential.
You work closely with Store Management, promote Diversity & Inclusion as well as Wellbeing, and foster a sustainable feedback and learning culture.
