* Market Development: Identify and drive business opportunities in international export market China
* Customer & Distributor Management: Build strong partnerships with key partners to drive growth and market presence.
* Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement tailored go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and channel strategies.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Germany and China (Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
* Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to support strategic decisions.
* Business Planning: Build business cases, sales forecasts, and growth plans for new and existing markets.
Über Dich
* Education: University degree in Business, International Management, or related field.
* Experience: 3–4 years in business development, sales, or key account management, ideally in FMCG and with exposure to China.
* China Expertise: Strong understanding of the Chinese market and consumer dynamics.
* E-commerce Knowledge: Familiar with platforms like Tmall, JD, and Douyin, including cross-border trade.
* Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven thinking and business case development skills.
* Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and intercultural communication skills.
* Languages: Fluent in Chinese and English; German is a plus.
* Tools: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Start is 01.01.2026 in Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Nürnberg or Vienna limited for 12 months.
