We are currently seeking an HR Manager (f/m/d) with a strong focus on HR administration and building structures to support our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operational HR processes and ensure smooth administrative workflows across the entire employee lifecycle. You will drive the implementation of HR systems, policies, and best practices that support our growing company and foster a positive, compliant work environment. 
 Oversee HR administration across onboarding, payroll, contracts, and personnel records 
 Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies 
 Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures aligned with company goals 
 Optimize HR workflows, systems, and reporting to support data-driven decisions 
 Manage HR tools and dashboards to maintain accurate records and insights 
 Partner with management and cross-functional teams to address HR needs proactively 
 Support managers and employees with reliable, transparent HR guidance 
 Drive employee satisfaction and foster a fair, engaging work environment 
 3+ years of experience in HR management or administration, ideally in a fast-growing company or start-up 
~ Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and personnel administration 
~ Hands-on experience with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint 
~ Interest or experience in leveraging AI-driven HR tools and process automation to increase efficiency
