* Build and lead a local team of service technicians
* Manage and develop existing customer relationships, including preparing offers
* Order materials and document activities
* Identify pest infestations and determine appropriate control measures
* Implement preventive measures and conduct regular inspections
* Advise customers on hygiene standards and protective measures
You will be responsible for building and leading the team at Halle (Saale) branch.
Your area of operation is the Greater Halle (Saale) region.
* Completed training as a pest controller (IHK) or expertise in areas related to pest control
* Alternatively, leadership experience in building cleaning, gastronomy, retail, food industry, or other high-hygiene, service-oriented sectors
* High standards of hygiene and service quality
* Leadership experience
* Valid driver's license (PKW)
* Motivation and willingness to further train
* Interest in modern technology
* Friendly demeanor and customer- and solution-oriented work approach
* Proficient in German, both spoken and written
