What you'll be doing: Manage the full recruitment life-cycle: from client briefings to interview feedback Drive business development by identifying and engaging new clients in your market Source, qualify, and present top candidates for open roles Build strong relationships to become a trusted expert in your vertical (e.g. Automation, Automotive, Industrial Machinery, Pharmaceutical) Collaborate with teammates to share market insights and support overall team success Expand g2's footprint in established sectors while exploring new market opportunities Skills we look for: Clearly defined motivators that suit a target-driven environment.
