2. You translate strategic priorities into clear workplans, milestones, roadmaps, and execution structures, bringing structure and momentum to ambiguous situations.
3. You win internal and external stakeholders over to strategic directions by crafting compelling, substance-driven storylines built on intellectual honesty and pragmatism.
4. You drive cross-functional execution effectively without relying on formal authority by aligning stakeholders, clarifying deliverables, and managing dependencies and risks.
5. You identify what is working well, where initiatives need to be refocused, and where additional action is required, always with a clear focus on outcomes rather than optics.
6. You raise issues early when timelines, quality, or business impact are at risk and actively support corrective action with urgency and ownership.
7. You work closely with initiative owners and functional teams, going deep into the details where needed to remove friction and increase execution speed.
8. You support decision-making through structured analysis, practical recommendations, and high-quality steering materials that enable reliable follow-through.
9. You monitor progress against milestones and relevant KPIs to create transparency, execution discipline, and sustained momentum.
10. You contribute to the continuous evolution of DKV Mobility’s strategy execution capabilities by building trust through substance, reliability, and consistent delivery within Strategy & Business.
What makes you stand out
11. You bring 7–10 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, strategic projects, or the delivery of complex initiatives.
12. You ideally have a strong background in strategy or management consulting.
13. You have a proven track record of driving execution in cross‑functional, multi‑stakeholder environments.
14. You are experienced in translating strategic priorities into concrete implementation.
15. You demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
16. You ideally bring some in‑house experience in addition to your consulting background.
17. You show clear potential to grow into broader leadership responsibility over time.
