Who we are looking for We`re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development professional to join our team and help expand our supply partnerships across the EU market. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and have a passion for sales and networking, you’ll feel right at home with us. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s proactive, eager to grow, and wants to make a real impact. What you bring Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage leads and deals using a CRM system A “hunter” mindset: goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to close deals An outgoing personality with a passion for networking and relationship-building Proficient communication skills in both German and English Experience in business development and sales, ideally in digital advertising, ad tech, or media Solid understanding of programmatic advertising and industry trends Your mission Identify and engage potential publisher partners with a focus on the EU market. Develop and nurture relationships through outreach, meetings, and industry events. Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up efficiently tracking everything in the company’s CRM. Work closely with internal teams: Legal, Account Management, Tech. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to establish a strong presence.
