This position is full time on site in Dresden for a 12 month extendable contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines.
Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific standards.
Conduct clash detection and resolve design coordination issues.
Support project teams with BIM software tools and troubleshoot technical issues.
Facilitate model review and coordination meetings.
Assist in creating and maintaining BIM documentation and workflows.
Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and consultants.
Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience with BIM tools (e.g., Autodesk REVIT, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
Strong understanding of construction documentation and coordination.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
German Language is a necessity
