Description We are looking for a Senior Analyst Financial Planning & Analysis to join our FP&A Team. Responsibilities Analysing the operational metrics to ensure the underlying data is telling the accurate message in relation to the financial statements Collaborating with the business on the creation and monitor of common KPIs Driving continuous improvement with the global business unit. Always looking for ways to improve internal processes and reporting, sharing ideas across the FP&A teams Building and maintaining business unit specific reporting for finance and business leads as needed Supporting month-end close with variance and root cause analysis as assigned Driving the forecast, budget and business planning processes for assigned areas of the business Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably finance or accounting or engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in related area Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written in English and German Comfortable working with both financial and non-financial colleagues across multiple locations, cultures and time zones, especially the United States High proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective relationships across the business to understand the business drivers and goals Strong MS Office experience, with a focus on Excel Ability to support the development, reconciliation and reporting of operating metrics that relate to financial performance Comfortable working in a hybrid-based environment (requirement to be in the office 3 days per week) What NSF offers you: In this role you will have the opportunity to support the Life Sciences Division.
