Procurement Specialist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced procurement specialist to manage the full lifecycle of procurement procedures within an international institutional framework.
About the Role:
* Lead all stages of the procurement process from drafting tender documents to contract signature, ensuring transparency, equal treatment, and non-discrimination.
* Conduct commercial negotiations and communicate effectively with bidders and stakeholders.
* Organize evaluation committees, handle bidder notifications, and provide debriefings.
* Advise internal units on procurement matters, including regulatory compliance.
Candidate Profile:
* Education: Advanced University Degree in Procurement or related field.
* Experience: 3 years in procurement preferably within an international organization.
* Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT, Facility Management, HR, or Consultancy services.
* Skills: Proven track record in document drafting and procedure management.
* Communication: Excellent English ability to explain complex topics clearly.
