Business Partnership Opportunity
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with our business leaders and managers on strategic HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives.
* Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, career development and offboarding processes.
* Coordinate and facilitate performance reviews; ensure consistent application of performance appraisal criteria.
* Deliver coaching to managers and employees, actively listen to their needs and address their concerns.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster retention and contribute to a positive work environment.
* Advise on HR policies, employment law and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably within professional services, finance or consulting.
* Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
* Ability to build strong relationships and advise stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
* Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Fluency in English; German is a plus.
