About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive 
Office Coordinator / Sales Support
 to join our team in 
Volkertshausen, Germany
.
This is a versatile role for someone who enjoys variety, likes to keep things organised, and wants to be the "go-to person" in the office — someone who knows a little bit about everything and is eager to learn more.
You will support our sales team and coordinate the daily operations of our German office, working closely with colleagues in our headquarters.
Your Main Responsibilities
 * Coordinate daily office operations and general administration.
 * Support salespeople with documentation, orders, and meeting coordination.
 * Maintain communication with suppliers, authorities, and service providers.
 * Assist with HR- and payroll-related administration (in cooperation with HQ).
 * Help prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records.
 * Organise company meetings and internal events.
Your Profile
 * Experience in office coordination, administration, or sales support.
 * A structured, hands-on, and proactive approach to work.
 * Fluent in German (minimum C1)
 – both written and spoken.
 * Good English skills for communication with HQ.
 * Basic knowledge of HR processes or German labour law is a 
 plus
 (e.g. employment contracts, employee documentation, authorities).
 * Confident with MS Office and general administrative tools.
 * Lives within commuting distance of Volkertshausen (e.g. Singen, Radolfzell, Stockach, Konstanz).
 * Curious, flexible, and open to learning new things.
