We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our high-impact data center projects in Frankfurt. Role Overview: Electrical Systems Management : Oversee and manage electrical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Support packages, buy-out, breaking scopes, and reviewing quotations Design & Technical Oversight : Review design specifications and drawings, manage technical queries, and ensure BIM coordination for accurate installation plans Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with key project stakeholders, including clients, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors, to facilitate smooth project execution Safety & Quality Assurance : Work with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor to implement and manage site safety plans, quality assurance processes, and compliance with industry standards Project & Schedule Management : Track and manage project schedules, procurement timelines, subcontractor progress, and manpower levels to ensure timely project completion Site Operations & Reporting : Oversee daily site operations, manage work packages, monitor progress, issue weekly reports, and track costs to support efficient project execution Role Requirements : Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Field Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience within the construction industry. Experience in electrical system design, installation, and commissioning for construction projects. Familiarity with site inspections, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Technical Skills: Knowledge of engineering software (e.g. AutoCAD). Strong understanding of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems. Language: Fluency in German and English Workstyle: Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. Proactive, hands-on approach. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
