What you´ll do Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Consumer Goods Cloud for Adhesive Technologies. Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring governance, compliance, and alignment with architecture strategy. Guide, manage, and mentor the Salesforce Architecture Team, supporting capability development and effective resource planning. Ensure architecture solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant, meeting both current and future business needs Drive process efficiencies through standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture, providing architectural guidance and quality assurance across delivery teams What makes you a good fit Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) Enterprise Salesforce expertise with 7–10 years of IT experience, including 5–7 years designing and delivering Salesforce solutions Leadership of large‑scale Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Consumer Goods Cloud Strong Salesforce solution architecture and design skills, including data modeling, security and sharing, automation, scalability, and performance optimization Proven integration experience connecting Salesforce with ERP and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, SAP CPI, and event‑driven architectures Architecture governance capability, defining and applying standards, best practices, and design principles across multiple delivery teams Salesforce certifications highly desirable (CTA, Application Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Consumer Goods Cloud); Fluent English required, German a plus Some perks of joining Henkel At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
