* Mentor and lead a small, high-impact engineering team
* Own the technical implementation of our platform from application architecture to infrastructure and deployment
* Design and lead development of the Dock application (Next.js frontend, backend APIs, and data integration layers)
* Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure for performance and cost
* Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices for robust and automated software delivery
* Guide software architecture decisions ensuring maintainability, performance, and security
* Oversee data infrastructure and orchestration enabling smooth ETL flows and scalable storage
* Ensure observability system reliability and disaster recovery readiness

About the Role:
This role requires a strong track record of designing robust application and platform architectures. Experience with modern DevOps pipelines and automation tools like Docker Terraform Prometheus Grafana Prefect Airflow or similar is necessary. Additionally you should have hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Python SQL and Snowflake.
