This position is to be filled within the scope of a 35-hour work week. Your responsibilities as an Engineer (m/f/d) Corrosion Protection and Coating include: Technical design and execution of corrosion protection systems (e.g. coatings, galvanization, cathodic protection) in accordance with customer specifications and country-specific standards for power generation, hydrogen, and grid access projects Preparation of technical concepts and tender documents, evaluation of supplier offers, participation in technical negotiations, and support during contract awarding and procurement Cost estimation for materials, corrosion protection works, and related supervision activities Technical coordination with clients and suppliers, leading factory inspections, and conducting expediting processes On-site support during corrosion protection activities when required Contribution of subject matter expertise to interdisciplinary project teams Your Profile: You hold a completed university degree in corrosion engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical process engineering, or an equivalent qualification You bring several years of professional experience in project execution, ideally in the area of corrosion protection and plant engineering, and have a basic understanding of project management You possess solid knowledge of protective paint systems for both atmospheric and immersed conditions, including the preparation of technical concepts and familiarity with relevant standards and regulations Ideally, you are certified as a FROSIO or NACE coating inspector or hold an equivalent qualification You are confident in applying quality methods such as 5 Why, FMEA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) You are highly motivated to support the energy transition in an international project environment and are willing to travel abroad as required You are business fluent in English, both written and spoken What we offer: Permanent employment contract for long-term planning security An exciting and varied role in an innovative environment Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely to balance family and career Challenging tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility Attractive and above-average compensation Corporate benefits through our online platform An open culture and a family-like working atmosphere Have we sparked your interest?
