Drive Organizational Growth and Enhance Employee Capabilities by Implementing Cutting-Edge Talent Development Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, Mentor, and Manage a Team of Talent Development Experts to Drive Strategic Actions and Foster Trend Scouting and Benchmarking on People Development Topics.
* Develop and Implement State-of-the-Art Talent Development Products, Conduct Needs Analyses in Partnership with People Partners and Business Stakeholders, and Define Relevant KPIs.
* Manage International Talent Development Projects with Impact on the Entire Organization, Prioritize Initiatives, and Ensure Delivery of Global Standards and Processes Aligned with the Overall People and Organizational Strategy.
* Present Decision Templates to Top Management to Advance Projects and Act as a Trusted Advisor for Senior Leaders on All People Development Matters.
* Deliver and Moderate Workshops to Facilitate Knowledge Sharing and Skill Building.
Requirements:
* Master's Degree in Economics, Psychology, or Comparable Qualification with At Least 5+ Years of Relevant Professional Experience in Management Consultancy or a Similarly Dynamic Company.
* 5+ Years of Relevant Leadership Experience in Talent Management/Learning & Development.
* Expertise in Learning Consultancy, Diagnostic Tools, Workshop Moderation, and Delivering/Coaching Trainer Certification is Preferable.
* Demonstrate Confidence in Presenting to Multiple Stakeholders and Navigating Effectively in a Fast-Changing Environment.
* Fluent English is Essential, German is Desirable, and Additional Languages are an Advantage.
