Mögliche Aufgaben dieser Rolle
* Assist in coordinating with employee representation bodies on global projects
* Support the implementation of IT tools while ensuring compliance with co-determination rights
* Your conduct research and prepare briefings on collective labour law topics
* Help organize meetings and prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders
* Create presentations and reports for decision-making purposes
Anforderungen an die Qualifikation
* Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business Law, Human Resources, or a related field with a focus on labour law
* Strong interest in collective labour law and co-determination topics
* You have excellent communication and teamwork skills and a structured and proactive working style
* Open-minded and interested in working in an international environment
* You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills
