We're in search of a skilled Principal AI Engineer to join our dynamic crew. In this pivotal position, you'll spearhead the creation, execution, and advancement of pioneering AI solutions shaping tomorrow's landscape.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate cross-functionally to grasp business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
* Design and construct machine learning models and algorithms for intricate problem-solving.

* Elevate algorithmic performance, scalability, and efficiency.
* Deploy AI models into production environments.
* Analyze and distil meaningful insights from data.
* Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior team members.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in AI/machine learning development.
* Proficiency in C++ or Go, nice to have Java
* You have significant exposure to Kafka as a data processing system
* Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and methodologies.
* Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
* Adtech Experience is a big plus
