We are looking for you - for a fixed term of 2 years - to join our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity!
Your new job includes
As a Buying Assistant (m/f/d) for wine, sparkling wine, beer and soft drinks, you will support our purchasing team in designing our exclusive product range. You will act as the interface between suppliers, internal departments and our systems – and ensure that everything runs smoothly. In particular, you will
* actively support the purchasing team in day-to-day administrative tasks (especially in the assortment of defined brands)
* be involved in communication with national and international suppliers and internal departments
* work closely with the master data team to review and enrich all relevant purchasing data
* prepare monthly evaluations and analyses for the team
* provide support in price and component maintenance
* be actively involved in the preparation of trade fairs and coordination with internal customers and locations
Preferred Profile
* Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree
* Ideally, experience in purchasing at an international trading company and thus also in dealing with customers and suppliers
* Very good written and spoken German and English
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally experience with SAP
* Enjoyment of administrative tasks, independence and a structured and independent way of working
