Scale new channels and formats while maintaining profitable ROAS. Design and optimise CRM strategies to maximise Customer Lifetime Value. Implement retention programs, including print mailings, events, and loyalty initiatives. Segment and personalise the customer journey. Advance brand positioning and ensure consistent rollout across all touchpoints. Lead creative direction for campaigns and brand assets. Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for new markets, including localisation and l‑specific marketing plans. Manage the marketing budget and utilise attribution models and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Excel). Champion data‑based decisions for continuous improvement. Qualifications 8–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods. 5+ years of leadership experience with proven success in building and developing marketing teams. Track record of brand building, positioning, and campaign development with measurable business impact. Hard Skills Performance marketing expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Paid Search (Google), Influencer marketing, and CRO. Analytics and data expertise, including attribution models, BI tools (Tableau, Looker), Excel, and data‑driven reporting.
