Essential Responsibilities:
1. Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
2. Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
3. Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
4. Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
5. Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed.
6. Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.
Expected Qualifications:
7. 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

8. Advocate for developer needs to improve SDKs, APIs, documentation, and onboarding experiences
9. Create localized and global technical content tailored to developer audiences
10. Speak at regional and international developer events, meetups, and webinars

12. Collaborate with internal teams to align developer messaging and education
Preferred Qualifications
13. 3+ years of experience with frontend, web, or commerce technologies
14. Experience working with APIs, SDKs, and developer platforms
15. Strong written and verbal communication skills
16. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
17. Fluency in German (required)
18. Fluency in French or Italian (preferred)
19. Creative mindset and passion for developer education and advocacy
