Ihre Aufgaben:
* Development and maintenance of integration solutions: Design and implementation of integrations and APIs using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform to connect various systems and applications within the enterprise architecture - Design and implement scalable, reusable, and secure APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform
* Creation and management of APIs: Build and document APIs using Anypoint API Designer and API Manager to ensure a standardized and reusable API architecture in compliance with RAML specifications and RESTful principles
* Data integration and transformation: Design and implement data mappings and transformations to ensure smooth data exchange between internal and external systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, databases, legacy systems)
* Troubleshooting and optimization: Diagnosing and resolving integration issues, monitoring performance, and optimizing integration processes to ensure high system availability (monitoring with Anypoint Monitoring, Runtime Manager, and other observation tools)
* Management of the entire API lifecycle: Design, development, deployment, versioning, and decommissioning using best practices for API governance and security (OAuth2, JWT, client ID enforcement)
* Implementation of security standards: Ensuring data security and compliance with requirements, including implementation of authentication, authorization, and encryption within the APIs
* Testing and quality assurance: Creation of unit and integration tests with MUnit and other test frameworks, and performance optimization and bug fixes for Mule applications
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Proven in-depth project experience with integration technologies
* Solid development experience with Mulesoft
* Experience with API Development
* Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud and integration with Salesforce via APIs, AppFoundry connectors, or custom middleware
