Your role as Senior Consultant Supply Chain Planning As a Senior Consultant at EyeOn, you’ll lead and support client projects—on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid setup—focused on improving and implementing tactical planning processes. Your work will span the full end-to-end planning spectrum, including demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP/IBP. You’ll work on a range of projects, such as: Designing and implementing demand and supply planning processes Developing and rolling out S&OP/IBP frameworks Conducting forecasting and planning assessments Delivering business games and training sessions through our Planning Academy Project durations vary—from short strategic interventions to multi-month implementations. Our clients include some of the world’s most successful companies, such as Coca-Cola, KraftHeinz, ASML, Johnson & Johnson, Philips, Stryker, Damen, Cargill, and many others. What the role involves In addition to designing and optimizing planning processes, you’ll play a key role in project management, change management, and training client teams to ensure sustainable improvements. You’ll also have a hand in commercial activities, including: Supporting the development of proposals and project plans Presenting recommendations to clients Identifying opportunities for further collaboration during ongoing projects We believe in offering solutions that are tailored to each client’s unique situation—whether that’s through redesigned processes, system implementations, or a combination of both. This position is based in our Dutch office (Eindhoven) and in our German office (Düsseldorf) as part of business unit consultancy. We typically run our projects in a hybrid mode, where European or US travel is occasionally required.. Preferred requirements A relevant master’s degree. Approximately 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a planning position You have preferably gained your experience in the Retail, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Fashion products industry Experience in working with or implementing APS systems The ability to improve your customer's planning processes and embed them in their organization You have a pragmatic approach and a hands-on mentality Self starter You are interested in picking activites next to project work (e.g. sales, event execution, public speaking, etc.) Analytical skills: you easily break down complexity fast.
