Develop systems for the automatic analysis and resolution of support tickets, thereby reducing the manual workload within the team
You bring solid experience in software development (ideally Python, SQL) and in working with complex ERP landscapes (e.g. You have hands-on experience with workflow tools (e.g. n8n) and ideally initial exposure to applying LLM APIs or ML to solve business problems
