It advises and supports its clients in all IT and digitalization matters and develops and operates the IT landscape for the Group and its regions. You are part of the Business Applications Team in the IT & Digitalization Group.
Your tasks
* Strategic architecture development: Conception and further development of an enterprise-wide data and AI architecture to support the digital business strategy.
* Business Enablement: Translating business requirements into scalable AI and data solutions to optimize processes, products, and services.
* Technology selection & integration: Evaluation and selection of suitable AI and data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake) and their integration into the existing IT landscape.
* Governance & Compliance: Ensuring data quality, data protection and ethical use of AI through appropriate governance structures
* Collaboration & Consulting: Close collaboration with specialist departments, data scientists, developers and IT architects to implement innovative data-driven solutions.
* Innovation & Trend Scouting: Observing technological developments in the field of AI & Data and deriving recommendations for action for the company.
* Project responsibility: Management of architecture projects in the field of AI and data management, including the management of external partners and service providers.
Your profile
* Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, data science or comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in the architecture of data and AI solutions in complex enterprise environments
* Solid knowledge of modern data architectures, AI technologies, cloud platforms and interface management, ideally in the Azure / Microsoft environment.
* Experience with frameworks and methods such as Data Mesh, MLOps, Data Governance, Responsible AI
* Strong understanding of business processes and their data-driven optimization, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an understandable way.
* Structured, solution-oriented and strategic approach to work
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
