Key Role Summary
We seek an experienced Team Lead to oversee a group of traders and analysts in developing profitable strategies within the European renewable energy markets.
* Develop algo-trading strategies together with our technology partners
* Lead a team in integrating Encavis BESS assets into trading strategies
* Expand the power trading business to further Encavis core markets, such as Italy and Spain
* Responsible for leading our short-term trading Team, including trainings and education of junior traders and analysts

Requirements
* At least 3 years of professional experience with short-term trading in Germany, Italy or Spain
* Strategic thinker who identifies trends in the markets, analyses data, and excels in developing trading strategies
* Growth mindset, take ownership of projects, and value collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals
* Excellent communication skills in English that enable you to successfully operate in an international environment complete your profile
Short-term Trading Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of traders and analysts in developing profitable strategies within the German Day-ahead-, Intraday- and Ancillary Services Markets for power with full PnL responsibility
