Aufgaben
* Develop training content tailored to different data literacy maturity levels
* Deliver interactive workshops and e-learning modules across business units, including certification programs for Data Owners, Data Stewards and other data roles in the organization
* Collaborate with HR to embed data learning into broader development paths
* Assess literacy gaps and define department-specific learning journeys
* Promote a data-driven mindset through internal campaigns and awareness initiatives
Qualifikationen
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in Education, Data Management, Data Consulting etc. and holds a bachelor degree in a related disciple
* Strong understanding of data fundamentals and business analytics
* Ability to translate technical topics into engaging learning experiences
* Familiarity with data tools and data storytelling techniques
* Experience in driving cultural change through training and enablement
* English fluency
