Your Responsibilities
You should be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of new trends and applications in the field of Software Engineering, as well as in teaching students from various cultures.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
* Conducting introductory and/or in-depth courses in the field of Software Engineering for bachelor's degree and master's degree programmers, all taught in English, at our Berlin and Potsdam campuses.
* Advising and mentoring students
o Planning and implementation of research and development projects, including publication activities in the field of Software Engineering
o Practical professional experience in the field. Teaching and professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
1. Software Engineering Architecture
2. Software Quality Assurance
3. IT Security and Software Testing
4. IT Agile Development
5. Start Up Managements
* Administrative activities and committee work
* Advising prospective students
Your profile
* Completed university studies (minimum Master's level) relevant to the area of teaching
* Ability to teach courses in the English / German language (ability to teach in both languages is a plus)
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Organizational skills and commitment
