Portfolio Manager
The role involves overseeing client portfolios and performing day-to-day depositary duties, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Main Responsibilities:
* • Manage client portfolios and perform daily depositary duties
* • Be the primary point of contact for clients
* • Ensure compliance with regulations
* • Draft documents such as fee proposals and depositary agreements
* • Prepare and issue reports to auditors and clients
Main Requirements:
* Between 2 to 4 years of experience in depositary services or internal audit
* Degree in Law or Finance
* In-depth knowledge of recent industry developments, especially AIFMD
* Good communication skills
* Flexible, organized, and able to multitask
