The Quality Assurance department ensures compliance with standards and regulations and guarantees consistently high product quality. By collaborating closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and our global affiliates, we create strong synergies and ensure global quality standards.
Aufgaben:
* Implementing and maintaining global quality management system requirements
* Performing internal audits on global quality management system requirements
* Drive global quality management system certifications and lead process improvement initiatives
* Establish processes for issuing product certificates and optimize related workflows
* Coordinate and prepare for audits performed by global authorities
Qualifikationen:
* Technical degree in a relevant field (e.g., medical technology, biomedical engineering)
* Ideally, experience with quality management system requirements according to ISO 13485 and global QMS standards
* High level of quality awareness and keen attention to detail
* Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
* Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work independently and proactively
