Your tasks
6. Central point of contact & coordination: You are the first point of contact for all topics, requirements and escalations from the IT departments. You bundle the information, qualify it and prepare it for the CIO to make decisions.
7. Strategic project support: You act as project manager and coach for strategically important initiatives in the IT departments. This ranges from the introduction of new SAP modules to the optimization of support processes. Together with the specialist teams, you will develop project plans, timelines, budget estimates and clear milestones. You will actively track, monitor and report on the agreed progress and ensure that everyone involved stays on track.
8. Right hand of the Head of IT: You will independently and proactively implement strategic and operational instructions from management and relieve them in their day-to-day business.
Your profile
We are looking for a personality with a healthy mix of experience, drive and exceptional social skills.
9. Proven seniority: You have several years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally in project management, IT consulting or in a comparable staff position (PMO, Executive Assistant).
10. Excellent communication skills: You are proficient in communicating at all levels - from technical experts to management - and can convey complex issues precisely and appropriately.
11. Project management skills: You have sound knowledge of classic and ideally agile project management (planning, controlling, stakeholder management). Certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) are a plus.
12. High level of independence & proactivity: You are not just a "task processor", but actively get involved and drive topics forward on your own responsibility.
13. Hands-on mentality: You are willing to familiarize yourself with changing topics (e.g. SAP, cloud, security) and provide operational support where necessary.
