ABOUT INVERS

At INVERS, we offer mobility service providers integrated hardware and software solutions. We act as an independent and reliable partner for providers of car sharing, car hire and car subscriptions. Our aim is to make shared mobility services an affordable and convenient alternative to owning a car. We are looking for a full-time, permanent IT User Helpdesk (f/m/d) at our location in Netphen as soon as possible. Have we piqued your interest? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

YOUR NEW JOB AT INVERS

1. You are responsible for receiving and processing tickets (1st-/ 2nd-level IT support) as well as solving problems sustainably

2. You take care of computer installations and the setup of workstations

3. You manage user accounts and access authorisations

4. You create documentation and instructions and are responsible for user training

5. You help the helpdesk team with the conceptualisation, planning and implementation of IT projects

6. You support the infrastructure team in the administration of various central applications and services in IT

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

7. You have completed training in the IT field (. IT systems integration specialist, IT systems electronics technician or similar)

8. You have several years of professional experience in the user helpdesk and are confident in working with the latest Microsoft client-server operating systems

9. Strong communication skills are important to you and you have a strong customer and service orientation

10. You have already gained experience in the administration of MS Active Directory and O365 as well as in dealing with Apple products

11. You have basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

12. You have very good written and spoken German and good English skills
