We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager- Automotive Mobility Sector (m/f/d) to join the DHL Freight Office in Germany or France. In this senior expert position, you will play a pivotal role in executing our account management strategy, driving customer growth, and achieving key business objectives for our automotive mobility sector.
In this role you will:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive account management strategy to expand and maintain our customer base, ensuring consistent growth in net revenue, profitability, and service targets.
* Foster strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to our global clients in the automotive mobility sector.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategies, financial objectives, and policies, ensuring effective implementation of account management initiatives.
* Drive customer engagement through innovative solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends, industry challenges, and emerging technologies.
* Continuously monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
Our perfect match:
* A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in senior management roles within the automotive mobility sector, preferably within a multinational corporation.
* In-depth knowledge of the global automotive industry, including key trends, regulatory landscape, and emerging technologies such as electric vehicles, autonomous driving, and connected mobility.
* Strong track record of successfully executing account management strategies, driving business growth, and exceeding revenue targets.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- both English and French, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions to optimize customer outcomes and achieve organizational objectives.
* Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards shared goals
* Available to travel 50% of the working time
