Presales Team Lead (Solutions Engineering)
We have partnered with an emerging security business offering a niche software solution to enterprise and government customers. You will be hands on in your approach and also set broader strategy for the overall presales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example in key customer engagements, actively participating in strategic demos, solution design, and technical discussions to ensure high-quality delivery and build trust with clients.
* Define and execute the presales strategy, aligning it with sales and product roadmaps while setting clear goals, KPIs, and best practices for the presales team.
* Coach and mentor presales engineers, fostering skill development, cross-functional collaboration, and a culture of technical excellence and customer empathy.
* Act as the escalation point and subject matter expert for complex customer requirements, ensuring swift resolution and alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
* Continuously refine presales processes and tooling, including qualification frameworks, demo environments, and knowledge sharing, to scale the team's effectiveness across regions and segments.
Skills:
* Proven track record in the security, enrcryption or cyber market
* Experience leading a presales, sales engineering or solutions engineering team
* Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences;
