At Bob W, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our real estate development projects across Europe. As Senior Development Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our properties from lease signing through to opening day.



Job Description:


1. Lead and track construction and renovation projects across Europe from lease signing to opening.
2. Collaborate with landlords, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
3. Review lease annexes, provide technical input, and support capital expenditure planning.
4. Coordinate site visits and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and building standards.
5. Manage fit-out/operational start-up delivery including construction closeouts and building commissioning.
