Account Executive – AI SaaS - 📍 Remote (Germany) | 💶 €70K Base + €120K OTE + VSOP
We’re working with a fast-growing AI SaaS company entering a critical phase of commercial growth. With strong inbound demand and a clear product-market fit, they’re now hiring a skilled Account Executive to help lead their sales motion and shape go-to-market strategy.
🚀 What You’ll Do
* Own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to close (inbound + outbound with SDR support)
* Run discovery, deliver compelling demos, and align solutions to key business pain points
* Navigate complex stakeholders and lead commercial negotiations
* Drive annual SaaS deals under a land-and-expand model
* Collaborate with Customer Success to deliver early wins and upsells
* Feed market insights back to Product & Marketing
🔍 What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (mid-market or enterprise)
* Strong closer with great storytelling and follow-up discipline
* Fluent in English (German is a plus)
* Process-driven: CRM hygiene, forecasting, and structured deal cycles
* Independent, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments
