Procurement specialist governance, processes and tools (m/f/d)

What you can expect

1. Interface support towards corporate procurement regarding procurement governance, processes and systems.
2. Provide support and administer critical procurement tools such as Coupa or SAP MM focusing on automation and supplier integration
3. Assist the development of bridging documents for corporate procurement directives plus further local governance documents relating to the end-to-end procurement process including wider procurement compliance topics and roll-out and training in the Business Unit Germany
4. Monitor and report supply chain statistics and analytics, incl. inventory, warehousing/logistics, global spend
5. Collaborate in the alignment of Business Units governance regulations and policies in compliance with local requirements, with respect to supply chain, procurement, warehousing and logistics
6. Create and maintain supply chain master data
7. Support the identification of business requirements, implement and optimize required applications and tools

8. Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant subject
9. At least 2 years experience in procurement processes and governance
10. Knowledge in relevant tools (e.g. SAP MM / SRM / BW, eProcurement Catalogues, Procurement Suites)
11. Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
12. Analytical, solution-oriented and systematic way of working
13. General understanding of the E&P business
14. Knowledge of relevant markets within the respective categories of responsibility
15. German & English: Fluent oral and written
16. Committed to company HSE policy and principles, acting responsibly and in accordance with HSE and quality requirements
