Purpose of the role As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be supporting our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization in making relevant KPIs transparent, optimizing GTM processes and ensuring regular availability of top-line reporting’s. By providing visibility into our GTM success you play a pivotal role in achieving our growth ambitions and will be reporting into the Lead Strategy & Transformation ensuring short decision cycles. In your role you will naturally have the opportunity for collaboration across GTM, Finance & leadership functions while helping us to establish efficient processes and business unit set-ups. The position is based in either Hamburg or the Rhine-Main area, Germany, and follows a hybrid work model with home office flexibility and two required in-office days per week. Key responsibilities and tasks Establish, further develop, and maintain a sustainable KPI framework for the GTM organization (marketing, sales, customer success) Create KPI analyses (pipeline, customer behavior, ARR drivers, quota achievement) and derive data-based recommendations for action Develop regular top-line reports for management and shareholders Maintain dashboards (e.g., in Salesforce and Tableau) for internal stakeholders of the GTM organization Analyze and optimize GTM processes Translate the KPI framework into operational guidelines for the GTM organization Support the creation of GTM budget targets and associated GTM strategies Professional skills and knowledge Must-have Performance-oriented, structured, independent, and proactive working style Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations Advanced Excel & PowerPoint knowledge Solid understanding of core GTM KPIs (ARR/MRR, NRR, churn, CAC, etc.) and how they connect to growth Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Nice-to-have Experience in SaaS, software, or subscription-based business models Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power Bi, Looker, etc.) SQL or database knowledge Personal skills Outgoing & collaborative personality allowing you to easily access and approach stakeholders across business functions and management levels Desire to take initiative and utilize your problem-solving mindset to create change Be curious, willing to learn and ready for personal development opportunities in a dynamic organization and growing controlling team Ready to listen and to share expertise and best practice across own team Open for feedback and flexibility to adapt Taking accountability to drive results Going the extra mile for great customer experience Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and to set focus Passionate to find pragmatic solutions and to innovate Caring for other’s well-being in a remote working environment Advocates diversity and fairness Qualification Completed studies (bachelor’s degree or higher) in business administration or a related field ideally with a focus on controlling, finance or sales Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a business consulting office, controlling or business analytics department, with a bonus for having worked in a revenue/sales controlling function Fluent in German and/or English Individual freedom – tell us what’s important for YOU!
